Job summary

AWE plc in Reading, Berkshire is hiring a Senior Commercial Process & Tools Manager to oversee process and tool development across the commercial lifecycle. The role combines process design, data governance and system integration to improve efficiency and user experience.

You'll drive adoption, manage master data, and partner with IS and governance teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement, with hybrid working and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement / Commercial function.
• Experience in Procurement / Commercial process design and implementation.
• Experience developing systems requirements and/or implementing new systems or delivering systems improvement initiatives.
• Experience of master data management within large or complex organisations.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage commercial processes, tools and technology landscape.
• Drive user adoption and provide relevant training within the scope.
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes, tools and data governance across systems.
• Collaborate with IS to enable digital enablement of commercial processes and systems.
• Work with Governance & Assurance teams to align policy and regulatory changes in processes.
