Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager in Reading to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools and their digital integration across the lifecycle. You will ensure data governance, master data accuracy and alignment with government standards while driving user adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven professional experience in procurement/commercial functions.
• Experience designing and implementing commercial processes and tools.
• Experience with master data and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with policy, governance and IS teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and synchronise the commercial process and systems landscape.
• Drive user adoption and provide training within scope.
• Continuously improve processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Create and own commercial tools and templates.
• Ensure master data accuracy and governance across systems.
• Collaborate with IS to enable digital commercial processes.
• Align changes with policy, regulation and legal requirements.
