Job summary

FORT is seeking a Commercial Analytics & Revenue Growth Specialist to turn data into strategic insights that drive sales performance in a UK SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations and Commercial leadership to understand customer behaviour, pipeline dynamics and product performance.

You'll translate complex datasets into clear recommendations, support pricing and go-to-market decisions, and engage with Sales teams to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing customer, sales, product and revenue data to identify commercial opportunities.
• Strong understanding of sales conversion, pipeline performance, win/loss analysis and revenue optimisation.
• Experience identifying cross-sell, upsell and customer growth opportunities.
• Ability to assess pricing, discounting, product penetration and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex commercial data into actionable insights that improve sales performance and revenue growth.
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales pipelines, product performance and revenue trends to identify focus areas.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell and revenue opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Present findings to Sales, Finance and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
