Profitero+ is hiring a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead scoping, delivery, and ongoing success of custom analytics solutions for our client portfolio. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders, shape solutions, monitor performance, and manage dashboards and reporting.

This role blends business insight with technical coordination in a hybrid setup based in Winnersh Triangle, Reading, UK. The ideal candidate combines strong project management with excellent stakeholder

Formación

• Proven project or programme management experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with agile project delivery tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Experience supporting sales processes, RFPs or commercial proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate input from clients and stakeholders during scoping to ensure requirements are captured accurately.
• Lead discovery and scoping discussions for custom analytics opportunities.
• Support proposals, RFPs and client presentations by articulating the value of Profitero+ capabilities.
• Own the project plan and timeline for each engagement, tracking milestones and risks.
• Maintain quality and consistency across custom analytics engagements.
• Continuously improve processes and the client experience.
