Job summary

Halfords, the UK’s leading motoring and cycling retailer, seeks a Senior Commercial Analyst to drive growth and profitability in our Fleet business. You’ll work with commercial, operational and finance teams, turning data into actionable insights to influence pricing, service delivery and contract performance.

You’ll partner across Fleet and Finance, deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, and contribute to tenders and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Commercial Analyst, Finance or Commercial Business Partner.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Confident stakeholder management across levels.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI exposure would help.
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis of sales, margin and performance to drive profitability.
• Produce and maintain commercial reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support management of customer contracts via pricing reviews.
• Partner with Fleet, Finance and operations to influence decisions.
• Contribute to tenders, pricing strategies and improvement projects.
