Job summary

COS is seeking a Senior Commercial and Consumer Business Analyst to enable customer-led and commercially driven decision-making across Retail, Digital, CRM and Commercial Operations in London. You will translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth, profitability and engagement across all channels.

The role collaborates with AIAD and other stakeholders, leveraging existing analytics products and models to identify opportunities and support data-informed initiatives.

Qualifications

• Commercial and analytical acumen with retail, digital and customer metrics.
• Ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
• Experience in forecasting, scenario planning and business-case development.
• Proficient in reporting and visualization tools, defining requirements for analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial and customer performance across channels to identify opportunities and risks.
• Utilise dashboards and insights to provide actionable recommendations for trading and customer experience.
• Define reporting, forecasting and KPI frameworks for stakeholders.
