Harnham is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to shape how we use customer, product, and commercial data across acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CMO, to drive data-informed decisions in a fast-growing educational SaaS-like business.

You will bridge Customer, Product, Marketing, and Commercial analytics, building robust semantic models, dashboards, and self-serve reporting while expanding our analytics capability with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Customer Analyst, or Product Analyst role.
• Strong Power BI experience and ability to build semantic models.
• Experience with dbt and SQL in a SaaS/subscription environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer journeys from awareness to conversion and retention.
• Understand product usage, content engagement, and customer behaviour.
• Explore growth, churn, and lifecycle performance.
• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches and recommendations.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to answer key business questions.
• Support acquisition, retention, loyalty, and customer value initiatives.
