Job summary

GCS is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead architecture across Salesforce products and cloud offerings. You will design and implement robust solutions, mentor developers, and drive best practices across multiple Salesforce Clouds like Sales, Service, Marketing and CPQ.

The role involves guiding platform engineering, managing DevOps workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office in the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce platform knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds.
• Experience with OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Omnistudio components and Integration Procedures.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD processes and platform security.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team of Salesforce developers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and solutions architecture to deliver Salesforce solutions across Clouds.
• Drive adoption of best practices and support a community of Salesforce Technical Designers.
• Apply engineering principles to design, develop and deliver changes to the Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to DevOps improvements, including version control, security and quality tooling.
• Collaborate with agile teams to enhance features in CPQ, EPC, CLM and OM.
