Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for customers, aligning technical work with business goals. You will gather requirements, architect complex, scalable, and secure cloud architectures, guide migrations, and provide best-practice recommendations across project lifecycles.

This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring teammates, and sharing reusable artifacts while ensuring risk management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.).
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
