A prominent sports organization is seeking a Senior Clothing Designer to join their product design team in Liverpool. This role involves driving the creative process for apparel collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity and quality standards. Candidates should have a degree in design, proven clothing design experience, and proficiency in tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC product design team as a Senior Clothing Designer. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of LFC’s apparel collections, including lifestyle ranges, and fan merchandise. You will be responsible for the creative process from concept to production, ensuring every design embodies the club’s identity while meeting the highest standards of quality and innovation in line with the Design strategy.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in clothing design for a global sports or lifestyle brand, showcasing creativity and innovation in every project. Strong proficiency in industry‑standard design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is essential, along with a solid foundation in clothing design. A keen understanding of competitor activity and strong commercial awareness will help you shape collections that are both exciting and relevant.
You’ll hold a degree in a design‑related discipline and demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Confidence in presenting clear, accurate information and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are key. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a genuine interest in the business of football will set you apart.
