A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Clinical Support Worker to deliver nursing care for children with complex health needs. This role involves assisting qualified staff, maintaining confidentiality, and complying with clinical policies. To work alongside nursing/medical staff and family members to competently provide agreed clinical skills and individualised care for a child with complex health needs within the home, school and hospital environments, liaising with other professionals as necessary. To accurately record, collate, monitor and provide feedback of patient information to the Team Leader and/or Care Manager, initiating actions as necessary.

If successful in this role, there is a requirement for you to have a standard/enhanced DBS. This will be paid for by the Trust and then deducted from your salary over a period of 3 month.
As this vacancy is within the division of Womens and Childrens, there is a mandatory requirement for successful applicants to join the DBS update service. The cost of joining the update service is £13 per year, and applicants are liable to cover this cost with no reimbursement from the Trust. Further details of how to join the update service will be provided upon appointment.
