Job summary

Churchill Group in London is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee cleaning and hospitality services for a prestigious investment management client. You will take full responsibility for operational performance across a large site, lead a cleaning team, and maintain outstanding service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, contract management, KPI and budget focus, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cleaning, facilities management or soft services contracts in a client-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing operational teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, COSHH and compliance requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience taking responsibility for contract P&L performance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Managing the contract to ensure agreed standards, KPIs, SLAs and budgets are achieved and maintained.
• Leading, recruiting, developing and coaching supervisors and site-based teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Conducting quality inspections, audits and performance reviews, implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Managing contract profitability, controlling budgets, monitoring spends and identifying opportunities for account growth and additional services.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety, QHSE, COSHH and safeguarding requirements are adhered to, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
