Job summary

A claims management firm is seeking a professional to manage and oversee a portfolio of claims across Professional, Financial, and Cyber classes of business. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling Professional Indemnity or Financial Institutions claims and should have a solid understanding of the Lloyd's/London Market. Strong communication and client relationship management skills are essential. This role will involve liaising with insurers and clients, ensuring timely processing and settlements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience handling Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, or D&O claims.
• Experience within a broker, insurer, law firm, or loss adjusting environment.
• Solid understanding of the Lloyd's/London Market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of claims across various business classes.
• Assess risk exposure and coverage upon receipt of claims.
• Prepare and communicate claims information to insurers and clients.
• Monitor insurer agreement and payment of claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
