Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is recruiting a Senior Manager (Civil & Structural) – Infrastructure. The role is hybrid with primary locations in Derby, Warrington or Manchester.

Responsible for technical leadership, governance, and delivery of civil infrastructure across site development programmes, ensuring safety, quality, and value. You will guide internal teams and external partners, drive design reviews and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) with an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams on major infrastructure programmes.
• Extensive civil infrastructure design expertise and governance/compliance experience.
• Ability to integrate infrastructure solutions into complex development projects.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and governance for civil infrastructure systems across site development programmes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive safety, collaboration and professional growth.
