Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Places Design Practice in the UK. The role focuses on civil engineering and urban development within buildings projects, including surface water and highways interfaces, with collaboration across global teams.

You will lead design activities, coordinate with cross-GBA teams, and contribute to delivering sustainable design solutions while mentoring junior engineers and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or close to achievement.
• Experience in design/delivery of civil engineering/urban development for buildings projects.
• Proficiency with MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, AutoCAD Civil3D and BIM integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering activities contributing to sustainable development and apply Arcadis Health and Safety Principles.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare and manage design solutions for project stages, including drawings and BIM models.
