Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Places Design Practice, delivering civil engineering and urban development activities within buildings projects, including drainage, utilities, ground/earthworks and highways interfaces. You will work with cross-GBA teams, provide technical leadership and manage design solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in design and delivery of civil engineering/urban development activities as part of buildings projects.
• Experience with surface water and foul water drainage, highways and utility design.
• Chartered or Incorporated status or close to Chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering activities contributing to sustainable development and apply safety principles.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare and manage design solutions across project stages, including drawings, BIM, reports and specs.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, technicians and apprentices.
• Coordinate project planning, tasks, people and resources.
