Senior Civil Engineer – London

£50k-£55k plus benefits

Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in London. You'll take the lead on exciting infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments - from drainage and highways to earthworks and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of roads, drainage, utilities, and SUDS
• Oversee preparation of drawings, Flood Risk Assessments, and technical reports
• Manage Section 104, 278, and 38 approvals and negotiations
• Support and mentor junior engineers
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery

About you

• Civil Engineering degree with several years of UK consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, AutoTrack & ground modelling software
• Confident in report writing and dealing with statutory authorities
• Strong communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
