Job summary

FläktGroup UK is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to own major client relationships and drive growth across the UK Chiller HVAC market. You will combine technical HVAC knowledge with strong sales skills to influence high-value projects and develop strategic client relationships.

You will report to the Sales Director and work with internal teams to deliver tailored cooling solutions, engage consultants and contractors, and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the chiller and HVAC industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC solutions.
• Proven success in business development and account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key UK clients.
• Deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet customer needs.
• Drive growth within the Chiller HVAC market and manage tenders.
• Present technical and commercial proposals to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts from initial engagement through handover to delivery.
