Job summary

Our client, a global manufacturer of air conditioning and HVAC systems, seeks a Technical Pre-Sales Senior Engineer to join its UK-based technical team in Greater London. The role focuses on pre-sales support for distributors and partners across the UK and Europe, with emphasis on commercial air conditioning and chillers.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of technical experience in commercial air conditioning / HVAC applications.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and/or chillers.
Experience with HVAC controllers and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Knowledge of sales support, product selection or design software used within the air conditioning/HVAC industry.
Good understanding of UK and EU regulations, standards and directives relating to air conditioning and HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and pre-sales support to distributors and business partners across the UK and Europe, with focus on commercial air conditioning and chiller systems.
Support product development and market research, and coordinate projects.
Develop sales support tools and work with technical, sales, marketing and product teams across Europe.
