White Label Recruitment Ltd seeks a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead specification and project-led sales for data centre HVAC and cooling infrastructure across the UK. You will build relationships with consultants, contractors and developers, shaping technical solutions and driving long-cycle opportunities.

The role requires operating with independence, managing high-value projects, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams to win orders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in technical, project-led or specification sales.
• Experience within data centres, mission-critical cooling, HVAC or mechanical infrastructure.
• Established relationships with M&E consultants and contractors.
• Credibility to discuss technically complex projects with engineers and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Developing relationships with M&E/MEP consultants, contractors, developers and end users.
• Identifying data-centre projects at the design and specification stages.
• Understanding technical, operational and commercial requirements.
• Influencing specifications and positioning appropriate engineered solutions.
• Progressing opportunities through design, tender, procurement and order.
• Developing existing relationships while creating new business.
• Managing a high-value, long-cycle project pipeline.
• Producing accurate forecasts and maintaining CRM activity.
• Working closely with internal estimating, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Supporting growth across the UK, Ireland and potentially Europe.
