Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD has partnered with a market-leading HVAC manufacturer to recruit a Business Development Manager focused on chillers in London and the Southeast. You will drive new business growth, manage key client relationships, and lead opportunities from initial contact through to contract award.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, develop competitive proposals, monitor market trends, and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts, with a strong commission

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge, specifically chillers.
• Experience managing projects, opportunities and clients.
• Proven success in business development, account management and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth in the Chiller HVAC market.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, architects and QSs.
• Manage projects from engagement through to contract negotiation and handover, reviewing tenders and drawings.
