Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the Saint Ronan's School kitchen. You will support daily kitchen operations, lead the supper service for boarders, and help deliver high-quality meals for daily service and events.

The role emphasises allergen controls, fresh seasonal cooking, and collaboration with a team to maintain excellent standards across meals and special occasions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in contract catering.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and high food safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef Manager in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead the supper service for boarders, creating a positive food experience.
• Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service.
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met.
• Contribute to innovative menu planning, especially for supper service.
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service.
• Support events and functions alongside school life.
• Follow and champion allergen controls.
