Holroyd Howe is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at a prestigious private college. You will help deliver nutritious meals for students aged 3–18, contribute to menu planning, and supervise kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a catering setting.

• Ability to plan menus and present dishes attractively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production, standards and menu planning with Head Chef.
• Ensure smooth running of the section and assist with orders and new concepts.
• Plan, prepare, cook and present food to standards required by the client.
• Maintain company reputation for high-quality food and service.
• Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff; uphold budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
