Duck & Waffle is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our brigade as we grow. We are looking for passionate individuals eager to learn and contribute to our vibrant kitchen.

In this role you will work within our dynamic team, maintain high standards, and embrace the fast-paced environment that defines Duck & Waffle’s all-day dining concept.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Chef de Partie or higher.
• Excellent English communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards.
• Drive and ambition with desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Flexible availability, 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday.

Job description

Our kitchen is now looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Your Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or higher.
• Experience working with a similar cuisine
• Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
• Full ownership in your role
