Job summary

Recruit Genie is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Wales. You will run a designated section, prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard, and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Running a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Ensuring food hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Monitoring portion control and minimising food waste
• Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
