Qualifikationen

• Essential:Experience in development of HPLC based peptide mapping methods and MS characterisation of recombinant proteins/antibodies.
• Essential:Glycosylation analysis of recombinant proteins/antibodies.
• Independently coordinated extensive testing of protein biomolecules.

Aufgaben

• Develop characterisation methods for biopharmaceutical products (peptide mapping, intact mass).
• Support impurity characterisation of drug substance/product.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor others in analytical methods.
• Present findings to internal and external audiences.
• Maintain laboratory records and adhere to EHS policies.
