Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Digital Transformation Advisory team in the UK. The role spans business consulting, presales and early-stage delivery, translating client challenges into transformation opportunities.

You will engage stakeholders, shape strategies, and support roadmaps while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure value-driven outcomes and sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on digital transformation, strategy or business change
• Demonstrated ability to work across both presales and delivery contexts
• Experience shaping early-stage opportunities, business cases or transformation roadmaps
• Experience in one of the following areas advantageous but not essential: Transport and Logistics, Defence Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Work directly with client stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize business challenges and opportunities.
• Discovery & Analysis: Support early-stage discovery engagements, helping clients articulate problems, opportunities and transformation priorities to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives and deliver sustainable outcomes
• Solution Shaping: Translate business requirements into transformation strategies that balance business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Transformation planning: Support the development of business cases, roadmaps, and implementation strategies
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside delivery teams, architects, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless transition from advisory to execution
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership and share best practices within the advisory and broader organization
