Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures is looking for a senior consultant to join a London-based transformation practice. The role is London – 3 days/week face-to-face, 9am-6pm, with client work or in-office collaboration and a focus on delivering high-impact transformations without sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years at a Big Four or similar, is highly articulate, and excels at building relationships at the C-suite/board level, managing significant workstreams with budget and headcount, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy.
• Manager level experience with significant workstreams, budget and headcount.
• Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with C-suite, shaping decisions as they happen.
• Lead significant workstreams with budget/headcount to reflect responsibility.
• Prioritize client needs with no internal hierarchy to navigate.
