Qualifications

• You must have around 4-6 years' experience in management consulting.
• Experience leading workstreams with autonomy and stakeholder management.
• Experience in change management across transformation programmes.
• Experience in retail, consumer, or pharma sectors (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete change workstreams within programmes and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption activities.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to problem-solving.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and promote high performance.
