Qualifications

• Experience contributing to people change and adoption within complex transformation programmes using structured change approaches in agile, hybrid or traditional delivery environments.
• Practical experience in change strategy and planning, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, organisational readiness, culture and behaviour change, adoption or benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to build relationships, facilitate discussions and influence decisions.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end people change and adoption across change impacts, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Turn transformation ambitions into action by analysing organisational and workforce impacts, identifying risks and barriers, and designing human-centred interventions.
• Build trusted client relationships, facilitating workshops and working sessions and communicating evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Measure and improve change outcomes using qualitative and quantitative insight to assess readiness, engagement, adoption and benefits.
• Collaborate across disciplines, connecting people, organisation, process and technology perspectives to solve complex transformation challenges.
