You will deliver end-to-end people change and adoption across transformation projects, shaping strategies, engaging stakeholders and driving benefits realisation. Qualificações

• Experience contributing to people change and adoption within complex transformation programmes
• Ability to translate business objectives into change interventions
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication across levels
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and managing competing priorities

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end people change and adoption across transformation projects
• Analyse organisational impacts and design human-centred interventions
• Facilitate workshops and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
• Measure outcomes using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Develop client solutions, manage plans, risks and commercial aspects
• Lead workstreams or small teams and coach colleagues
• Support proposals, capability building and business development
