Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Change management qualification such as PROSCI or APMG.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Here\'s what you\'ll do:

• Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.


• Supporting the design and delivery of organisational change management activities across transformation programmes.


• Conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities to support successful adoption of change.


• Developing and implementing change strategies, communications plans, engagement approaches and learning interventions.


• Support facilitating leadership alignment and helping senior stakeholders understand their role in driving successful change.


• Identifying organisational, cultural and behavioural barriers to change and developing practical recommendations to address them.


• Supporting clients to embed new ways of working and realise the intended benefits of transformation initiatives.


• Contributing to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations and thought leadership. Proposal development could include: technical writing, pricing, team definition, subcontractor engagement, internal risk review, and compliance procedures.


• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop core consulting skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to distil complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.


• Bachelor\'s degree.


• Management consulting or corporate strategy experience supporting large-scale business, digital or operational transformation programmes.


• Change Management qualification e.g. PROSCI, APMG or equivalent.
