Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills for executive and operational audiences.
• Experience navigating fast-paced, complex client environments and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across the organization.
• Support design and delivery of organizational change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
• Support leadership alignment and help senior stakeholders understand their role in change.
• Identify organizational, cultural and behavioural barriers and propose practical solutions.
• Assist clients to embed new ways of working and realise transformation benefits.
• Contribute to business development, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to develop core consulting skills.
