Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for a Senior Service Delivery Manager (CCTV) to lead the delivery of essential roadside technology services across the road network. The role is hybrid with two office days per week and can be based at any UK National Highways location, with some travel for meetings.

You will oversee operational performance for CCTV and other roadside tech, drive continuous service improvement, and manage incidents, problems and supplier relationships in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or Operational Technology services within a large-scale operational environment.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or 5).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational performance of CCTV and other roadside technology types.
• Analyse performance, manage risks, and direct resources for continuous service improvement.
• Lead fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Work with design and procurement to feed lessons learned into asset lifecycle.
• Improve performance via stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
