Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (CCTV) to lead roadside technology services across the UK in a hybrid role with two office days per week. The role focuses on CCTV systems, safety-critical operations, and continuous service improvements.

You will manage operational performance, engage with stakeholders and suppliers, and drive data-informed decisions to ensure reliable motorway networks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline; ITIL qualification preferred.
• Experience managing complex IT or OT services within a large-scale operational environment.
• Experience in safety-critical environments and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCTV roadside technology performance and service delivery.
• Analyze performance, manage risks, and direct resources to improve service.
• Lead fault, event and problem management for the service.
• Collaborate with service design and procurement to implement lessons learned.
• Improve performance through stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
• Manage contracts, monitoring, reporting, and financials for the service.
