National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager (CCTV) to lead CCTV and roadside technology services within the Digital Operational Services team. The role combines strategic service management with hands-on incident, fault and problem management across the Strategic Road Network.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, and may be based at any National Highways office location in the UK with some travel for team meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or 5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in a large-scale operation.
• Experience with incident, problem, event and service performance management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational performance of CCTV and other roadside technology services.
• Analyse performance, manage risks, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Lead fault, event and problem management for the service.
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to capture lessons learned.
• Improve performance through stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
• Manage service contracts financially and report on performance.
