National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (CCTV) to lead the delivery of essential roadside technology services for the Strategic Road Network. You will oversee CCTV operations, drive incident and problem management, and collaborate with design, procurement and asset teams to improve service performance.

The role is hybrid with two days per week in the office and may be based at any National Highways location in the UK, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or 5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or Operational Technology services within a large-scale operational environment.
• Experience of managing technology services that support operational decision-making, infrastructure operations or safety-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, event and service performance management principles.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the operational performance of one or more roadside technology types, primarily CCTV.
• Analysing performance, risks and issues of roadside technology services and directing resources for continuous service improvement.
• Leading fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Collaborating with design and procurement teams to feed operational lessons learned back into the asset life cycle.
• Improving performance through stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
