Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager (CCTV) to lead roadside technology services across the network in a hybrid role requiring two days in the office per week. You will manage CCTV and related systems, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will oversee incident, problem and service performance management, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and strong stakeholder engagement, while ensuring robust contract

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services within large-scale environments.
• Ability to oversee incident, problem, event and service performance management.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable service improvements through data and stakeholder management.
• Strong decision-making in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational performance of one or more roadside technology types, primarily CCTV.
• Analyze performance, manage risks and direct resources for continuous service improvement.
• Lead fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Collaborate with design and procurement to feed lessons learned into asset life cycle.
• Improve performance through strong relationships with end-users, suppliers and maintainers.
• Oversee service management, contractual governance, monitoring, reporting and financial management.
