Job summary

National Highways in the UK is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (CCTV) to lead the delivery of roadside technology services within Digital Operational Services, supporting a safe and reliable motorway network. This hybrid role requires a degree in a relevant field and an ITIL qualification, and offers two days in the office per week with travel across National Highways locations.

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or 5) is required.
• Significant experience managing complex IT or OT services in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of CCTV roadside technology and related services.
• Lead fault, event and problem management with suppliers and internal teams.
• Drive continuous service improvements through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with design and procurement to feed lessons learned into asset life cycle.
