About the Role:

As a Senior Carer, you will take on a key leadership position within the care team. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes
  • Mentoring, supporting, and supervising a team of care staff to ensure best practice is followed
  • Assisting in the training and development of new team members
  • Participating in quality assurance processes and staff supervisions
  • Supporting with care planning and ensuring care delivery meets individual needs
  • Promoting a positive, respectful, and compassionate care environment
  • Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with a genuine passion for care and team development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations and best practices
  • A compassionate and professional approach to supporting both clients and colleagues
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
