Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager for a specialist complex care service in Leicester. The role leads a large staff team, supports the Registered Manager and drives continuous service improvement.

You will champion person-centred care, safeguarding and governance while delivering high standards of care. Experience in care leadership, strong communication and team development skills are essential; experience with learning disabilities, autism or complex behaviours is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within care or support services.
• Strong communication, coaching and team development skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, quality and person-centred care.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex behaviours (highly desirable).
