Olympus Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager for a specialist complex care service in Leicester. You will work with the Registered Manager to lead a large staff team and ensure high quality, person-centred support for individuals with complex needs.

The role focuses on leadership, safeguarding, staff development and driving continuous improvement, with emphasis on Positive Behaviour Support and least restrictive practice within a forward-thinking organisation.

Formación

• Experience in a leadership role within care or support services.
• Strong communication and team development skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Experience with complex needs and challenging behaviour is desirable.
