Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant to support residents with personalised, high-quality care at a care home in the UK. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team with medication, assessments and care plans.

You’ll be warm-hearted, compassionate and dedicated to delivering individualised care, with ongoing training and development opportunities as part of a trusted UK healthcare provider.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Maintain dignity and welcome residents in a warm, vibrant environment.
