Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join a care home and provide person-centred care for residents. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.

You will respect residents’ dignity and preferences while helping to create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment for all. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available.
