Quantum Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader at Courtland Lodge, Watford. This role offers either 37 or 22.5 hours weekly, with a higher rate on weekends, and duties that combine leadership with hands-on resident care.
You will manage a designated unit, oversee care plans and personal care, and ensure medication administration while promoting engaging activities for residents. This role requires compassionate leadership within a 60-bed heritage home.
Contract: Full Time or Part Time– Perm
Hour: 37 hours per week or 22.5 hours per week
Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends
