Quantum Care in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader to guide the team and deliver exceptional care in our 78-bed Elm View home.

You will lead a designated unit, review care plans, provide personal care and administer medications while creating a warm, hotel-style living environment with engaging activities. This role offers job satisfaction, professional development and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is required.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Substantial experience with older people in a residential care setting and a passion for leading and delivering outstanding care.

Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader

Contract: Full Time – Perm

Hour: 35 hours per week

Pay: £15.55 per hour weekdays & £16.55 per hour weekends

Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends

Location: Newland Avenue, Bishops Stortford, CM23 2UW

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our Hotel Styled Boutique feel Care Home in Bishop's Stortford, a contemporary luxury 78-bed residential home. Elm View Care Home is positioned as a modern, purpose-built care home with a strong focus on high-end facilities, hotel-style living, and personalised care.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Turn your passion for care into leadership and help create exceptional moments for residents every day.

What You’ll Bring

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
• You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
