Job summary

Quantum Care Mountbatten Lodge in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader. This part-time, perm role offers 28 hours per week with a pay of £16.32 per hour on weekdays and £17.32 per hour on weekends, with shift times from 7.30am–2.30pm or 2.30pm–9.30pm on weekdays and alternating weekends.

You will lead a dedicated team, review care plans, provide personal care, administer medications and ensure engaging activities for residents, while upholding the home’s

Qualifications

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
• Substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Mountbatten Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead. What You'll Bring
