Job summary

Care Concern Group’s Oakland care home is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide and support the team in delivering safe, high quality, person-centred care. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised and delivered to a high standard.

You will oversee medication administration, monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum), with Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
• Medication administration training with competency is essential
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
• Strong communication and leadership skills
