Care Concern Group’s Oakland home near Rochdale is looking for a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care that respects dignity, independence and wellbeing. You’ll support residents with daily living, follow care plans, and work with a supportive team.

All training and ongoing development are provided to support your journey and growth in the role.

Job description

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

  Our 40 bedded home provides residential and residential dementia care in a friendly setting just outside Rochdale.   13.45 - 13.95 per hour
• Contracted to either 22hrs or 33 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
