Job summary

Kings Park, part of Care Concern Group, is recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will guide and support a care team, oversee medication administration, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

You will maintain care records, communicate with families and health professionals, and contribute to a supportive, professional workplace where staff can grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum).
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
